A movie premiere is certainly a strange place to produce a political career, but that didn't stop "The Iron Lady" helmer Phyllida Lloyd from throwing her weight behind Meryl Streep. "Meryl for leader!" Lloyd excited just before the film's Gotham premiere Tuesday within the Ziegfeld.Streep, who nailed Britain's polarizing Pm Margaret Thatcher, mentioned she favors to order her political ambitions for your bigscreen. "Over my dead body!" she quipped of Lloyd's suggestion. Still, if she did choose to possess a run at office, the decorated thesp features a unique platform: "My platform might be heels. I'd work on platform heels.
