Is it acceptable to dress up for Harry Potter at an evening show on July 15?

My friend was supposed to get us tickets t the midnight show, but she
dropped the ball and we ended up getting tickets to a 7:30 show. We
want to dress up, is it likely that anyone else will be? Thtanks :)
