good guitar amp advice?

Firstly I have been playing for just over a year and I feel its time
to upgrade the current SS amp that I have now. This is what I am
looking for

* Versatile
* bedroom playing most of the time, would like to play with others but
not important
* Jam tracks pre-loaded or ones that I can load in I think they are
called MIDI files?
* 2 Channel
* 2 Channel
* $700 Dollar budget
* I play everything but Metal/Death Metal
* I use a USA Strat.
* I don't want to use pedals or effects would prefer all that stuff be
in the amp.

P.S

I have a line 6 Spyder Jam and I hate it soo many problems with it.
Looked at the fender mustang IV and the Hot Rod Deluxe III, I also
like the Marshall MA50C.
